Despite the rain the great event went off with out a hitch. I am honored to be a part of it. My family ran in the youth run and they got really wet, Oh well.

We Believe, • Children should have adequate access to water throughout the school day to maintain proper hydration • Athletes should have frequent water/sports drink breaks • Athletes should be able to get a drink at any time during practices • Coaches should be trained in heat illness prevention and emergency procedures • Parents should understand their child’s hydration needs and encourage proper hydration

I was honored to be asked to join in this great event. I cant wait for next year!
Also a special thanks to Rhonda Fincher. The founder of this wonderful event. She has taken the unfortunate loss of her son and turned it into something with with great meaning.
